I called and left a msg for the owner. Within the hour John Leonardi returned my call. I explained that I’m not ready to buy yet but will be within a year. He spent his Saturday showing us all the different areas and cities and price ranges. We didn’t feel rushed once. I will definitely be calling him when it’s time to buy.
