The Sacramento Region has been consistantly listed as a hot housing market for 2016.
Gen Xers are 21% more likely than the average adult to buy a home next year. Gen Xers accounted for 20% of home purchases in 2015, and those who haven’t bought yet are already pounding the pavement for a new home. Most of 2016 Gen X home buyers started looking in the last three months. Gen X home buyers are likely shopping to trade-up. More than two-thirds of Gen X buyers currently own a home.
