John Leonardi found the perfect home for me and my son!!! I had tough, “non-negotiable” requests and ended up in a neighborhood I love, near an excellent school, and I even got the pool that was on my wish list. John walked me through the laborious short sale negotiations and got me a price that was well below my price range. What I appreciated about working with John the most was that he quickly learned my personality and style and by our second trip, he was bringing me to homes that I didn’t even know I’d be interested in.
